Through the Mayor of London’s Zero Carbon Accelerator, we are building on our work with Enfield Council alongside London Councils and Clarion Housing to develop a route to financing solar PV, battery and heat pumps. This allows these measures to be blended with grant-funded fabric measures at no extra cost to the council - ‘topping up’ to create warm, healthy homes that reach net-zero.
