Behind every impactful retrofit initiative is a team that keeps things running smoothly. This role ensures that Energiesprong UK can deliver high-quality work: on time, on budget, and with the professional collaboration our partners rely on.
As our Business Administrator, you’ll provide essential support across finance, operations, HR, procurement, and general administration. Your work will help our mission-led organisation stay efficient, organised, and able to focus on delivering meaningful change across the retrofit sector.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and motivated by work that contributes to a more sustainable future. You’ll be joining a small but committed team working to transform how homes are retrofitted across the UK.
Remote working is fully supported, though being based in the Midlands, Bristol, or London is helpful as there is a requirement to travel to London and Birmingham for monthly team meetings.
Energiesprong UK is part of the 4 Day Week campaign and operates on a 32 hour week. This role is offered on a 24-32 hour per week basis.
