Culture change lead

I focus on developing a collaborative and cooperative culture, where people feel inspired and motivated to work together towards a shared vision.

What I do at Energiesprong UK

I study the ins and outs of collaborative and cooperative cultures and practices. I pay special attention to the “implicit”: the parts that are not seen but that play a key role, such as trust, perceptions and motivations.

With this deep understanding, my mission is to create a fertile environment where collaboration and cooperation can happen naturally, in any project, programme, partnership and beyond.

What I did before Energiesprong UK

Before focusing on culture change, I have managed EU projects for ESUK and the Energiesprong foundation for 5 years.

My professional background is rich and varied, and has always revolved around sustainable development, both for our planet and the people. As a political and social analyst, I’ve started my career with international organisations such as the United Nations, NGOs and diplomatic offices across Ecuador, France and Canada. I then trained as a renewable energy engineer in France and China and gained experience in a French research center and a Dutch economic consultancy firm. Before joining Energiesprong in 2016 I worked several years for local public authorities in Spain developing and managing their EU projects.

On the side I have been teaching Kundalini yoga for 8 years and I am a certified Counsellor specialised in psychotherapy. As a counsellor/therapist I have developed my own practice with a method that combines mind, body and soul and the conscious and subconscious levels.

My biggest achievement

I had the privilege to nurture and manage our ambitious Mustbe0 project from the proposal phase to the close. This 4 years, 40 million project gave life to 11 multistorey buildings/school pilots in 4 countries, some of them being the firsts to be retrofitted to this standard in their country.
