My role is to deliver holistic, efficient and sustainable internal solutions that are communicated eloquently to enrich the harmony of the business and empower staff. By providing systems and processes that support the team, their available time and impact on projects is maximised.
No two days are the same and I work where the Directors and team need me, to support the effective day-to-day running of the business. My aim is to contribute to the curation of making innovation happen and supporting the scaling up of retrofit in the UK.
I have a diverse background, working across industries ranging from geoenvironmental consultancy to early years education. My drive has always been to be able to add value and quality by contributing to whichever kind of team I am a part of; by devising and improving solutions-based processes and environments.
By learning, understanding and realising improved outcomes for teams, I have honed my comprehension of strategic planning, efficient workflow management and stakeholder collaboration. My experience has propelled my expertise in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and sustaining the core values that underpin exceptional service provision.
In essence, in all my roles, I have proactively worked to improve and elevate the experience of the people involved it: to remove barriers and promote inclusivity for the greater good.
Because of my range of working history, I would struggle to pinpoint my singular biggest achievement; being more used to striving for many smaller, impactful successes, feeding into wider overall success. I co-founded an empowering support group, based on trust and mentoring, affecting positive change for women: I will always be proud of that!
