Romana is our Operations Manager, working with the Directors to support the effective day-to-day running of the business and ensure we have excellent programme and project management in place to facilitate the delivery of our projects.

Romana has a broad range of cross-sector skills and experience, including over 10 years in the geoenvironmental consultancy arena as well as five years working for local government in education.

She is a results-oriented and dynamic professional with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within complex business environments. Skilled in optimising workflows and processes to align with organisational objectives and enhance overall efficiency, her people-centred background enables her to deliver holistic, efficient, and sustainable solutions that are communicated eloquently to enrich the harmony of the business and empower teams.
